Weather: windy and cold

Comments:
sort of a modified 2-1-1/2 workout at mount (practice was cancelled) by myself. it went pretty well tho, not terribly fast but i enjoyed it (in a workout ish kinda way). i did down ot the woods and back the long way (2 miles) and a hero hill (1.5 miles) all twice, so it was a nice easy (easy?) 7 miles. easy as in it went by fast lol. i really tried to go pretty fast for the hero hills tho, as fast as my tight as hell legs would let me anyways. good day.
