Resting HR: 60. Sleep: 7 hr.
With Tim, Coach wasn't there, so I suggested that we do 15 min warmup, 30 min @ tempo effort, 15 min cooldown, started my workout exactly at 11:00AM by chance, talked with Tim about setting goals which eventually got into me in a philosophical mood, started talking about teleology and Aquinas' ways, hard to gauge effort on the spinners without a HR monitor, stretch, 32 old Eagle(sub Bird Dog for Skydiver), butt exercises, Coach told me that she needs 8 of the remaining 11 weeks to prepare me for the Conference 10k, 10 min foot ice bath while listening to a presentation on Wiihab(don't think I will get a chance to try some out).
