Again Robert and I used the spinners, this time for a 30-minute "tempo". My legs were tired and I felt like doing just about anything other than this so my "tempo" was total crap. I spent most of this whining about running and my injury. Robert told me an hour a day should be sufficient cross-training and that I need to set some goals. I strongly disagreed with the hour a day and think setting goals is stupid right now. I will run when I can and no sooner. I guess I have a different view of goals than most people as I sort of think about them in an obligatory sense.
