alright I guess, mile (?) splits - 5:03, 11:07, 16:30; I question the 2nd mile because we slowed down more than a second. oh well, overall distance felt right.
was shooting for sub 17:00 because I didn't know how much speed I'd have in my legs but it worked out alright. excited for regionals, nationals, and the half. flats felt great.
