choo-choo train

jog to au, and then this insane sprinter workout. we did a choo-choo train so you ran with new people every 50 meters...but everyone was SO FAST!
ran 100, 100, 100, 100, (with like 40 seconds in between each one) then a 4ish minute break, then 100, 200, 100, 100, then break, then 100, 200, 200, 100, then a longer break (maybe 8 minutes, stretched a little during it), then 100, 200, 100, 100, break, then 100, 100, 100, 100.
then jogged home.
i was in the back of the pack (my group was insanely fast: chan, mike, chaz, and alessa!), but I think I was going fast (for me)/working on my turnover. it was a little frustrating that I just can't seem to go any faster, but I took it as an opportunity to really focus on my form and on running hard all the way through the line (both Anthony's suggestions!) ...my quads are SO SORE so i must have done something right!
