Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After spending most of the day doing HW and watching the wrestling meet, went out on a nice long run with Phil and Thea. Went out on NP to Warrensville and back the same way. Pace was nice and I wasnt too sore. I dont thing I have actually ran out to Warrensville this way before. I know it is a popular run. I would agree its nice out there.
Knees were getting tight by the end, rest of body was ok though. Foot felt a little funky in the beginning, but it was completely fine running. It was kinda sore after. Ill ice later tonight. Good stretch and planks when we got back. I did some hammies too.
