I met Robert for my cross-training for the day and we just simply biked for an hour in the cardio room. Since it was Saturday and I traditionally have not doubled on Saturdays, I decided to forego the extra hour and just leave it at this. My heart rate was 145-150 for most of it. I actually did the extra 5:00 cooldown with Robert since he always does. My foot is feeling somewhat better, I think, though it is not ready yet. I am hoping I will be able to run again in 1-2 more weeks.
