Comments:
Focused alot on abs today.
Wood choopers, planks, "big circles", reverse crunches, v sits, the thing where you just hold your legs out, and regular situps. Plus the squats/ lunges workout and 15 pushups lolz. Really tired by the end of it. Needa get a medicine ball soon, dumbells are too awkward haha
