Weather: Inside Veale
Comments:
After walking all the way from the library to Veale wearing normal shoes, I decided to RUN on the indoor track without shoes in an attempt to get my body used to running again so that once I can really run in shoes my comeback time is quicker. I had no pain on my foot in the usual places, but I had to stop because my ankle started hurting and I didn't want to do something I would regret. I was planning to do four but that can wait until tomorrow or the next day. I want to see how high I can go without shoes on the indoor track.
