I wanted to swim today but the pool was closing too soon after I arrived and ran my token miles so I biked instead. Brandon Riedlinger was in the cardio room when I arrived RUNNING on a treadmill. I biked next him once he started biking and he was with me for minutes 5-38 as we discussed running and injuries. Just like in running itself, the way to take all this struggle and find a way through is to take it one step at a time (except figuratively instead of literally). As much as we would all like to think otherwise, the only way to heal is to find a way through, not to find a way out.
I did this on level 11 as usual with a heart rate ~150 as usual.
