Comments:
ACDC. 1 mile warm up because I got down there late. ran 1:40, 1:44, 1:48 for the 600s. 3:30, 3:32, 3:34, 86 (400) for the thousands and 64, 29 for the 400 and 200. the last thousand i had to change shoes because my spikes gave me a massive and incredibly painful blister on the arch of my right foot. it was unbearable. 3 mile cooldown outside, another beautiful day.
