Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Back to high 20's but there was very little wind which was nice
Comments:
Ran out to Warrensville by myself again today. David Dixon needs to get healthy again soon so we can start running together again. Felt pretty good running. Just stayed relaxed throught because we have 10xquarter tomorrow. I'm excited. Hopefully it goes well. Talked to CoachL and I'm running the 3k at confrence I think. I'm excited to try that there. Hopefully I can sneak in for a couple points for the team especially if it goes out slow.
Strides went pretty well. I felt a little tight and not able to relax on the first couple but I was rolling by the end.
