Comments:
Ran the warmup loop twice, first time around was with Jordan and I knew it would be slow but not thatttt slow lolz it was like 24:31 or something. He stopped after the first loop but by this time my drive to go fast had faded away, still picked it up a little but not by much. Felt alright, also added on a quarter on the track before I stopped. Then did 8x100m sprints with a 100 jog in between. Surprisingly 3 of them were 16 and the other 5 were 15. Really need to work on my actual speed as I havent even broken 60 in the quarter yet.....workout later.
