pretty solid day i think
mile was good i think, wnet out really fast but didnt really feel it, dropped back a bit to ease up pace. honestly I wasnt really thinking about much, just ran hard. its nice to know i'll be under 7 soon. kind of dissapointed after but I guess its somewhat solid for me for winter.

400 was more of hanging on for dear life/i'm a distance runner/what is a 400/speed?whats speed?/fun. not much recovery, not too worried though.

was gonna do the hoola hoop race but it had filled up while doing the 4x4, but still wanted to get some speed in to somewhat redeem the 400. peter paced the first 200, we went out really fast and kind of died at around 100m mark but then picked it up the last 55 or so. felt like doing another to see if I could hang onto that time or improve on it so aleck and adam paced me for the next. at this point i was pretty tired from the day but still felt good finishing it off and it was still at the point where it was quality.

Overall, pretty decent day. I'm really excited for saturday and for long run on sunday and for spring. yaaaay running!
