Robert and I were again on the spinners and he was nice enough to out of the cardio room so I could come with him even though I was late from a lab internet issue. (It turned out after the ITS people came that I apparently had the ethernet cable plugged into the phone jack... who knew?) Coach Lanese assigned us 5x6:00 hard with 1:00 recovery. I don't think I did an especially good job and seem to always struggle to get a good workout on the spinners.
