Aqua Jogging

Coach decided Robert and I were going to do some aqua-jogging so we did a 5 minute kick warm-up, drills in the shallow end, 8x1:00 hard with 1:00 easy between, and a 5 minute kick cooldown. Coach ripped our form apart the entire time, especially mine, and I had trouble doing anything remotely "correct". It was harder than I'd expected but at 16 minutes total, rather short-lived.
