felt a lot harder than it should have cause i'm pretty sick. it was hard to judge our pace outside so we hit faster times than our goal time, except on the 2nd one cause we backed off too much. I feel terrible right now though. goal time was 44 and i went (42-45-42-44-43. DMR 800 and open 8 on saturday.
