Comments:
easy 40 minute run
outer loop to the bridge did hills there, didn't like it
glassman was there lol
transfer was muddy, they all complained. went left and turned around. endedd at poplar.
On way out pain was 0, than got to 2 after hills, stayed good till about 30 minutes than worked its way up to about an 8 by the end.
