Comments:
Mile workout was 10x400 w/ 1min rest. Coach cut it in half and had us take 2x rest because of the meet Friday. Okay with how this turned out. Splits: 73.8, 73.1, 70.4, 68.7, 66.2
Longer cooldown with DC and Ethan on St.James loop. Kind of tired today so will catch up on sleep tonight. Hope we can scald dogs on Friday.
