Coach wanted a sprint pool workout so Robert and I did 50s. Robert is not a good swimmer and I was feeling a little less than completely inspired by this workout. I took the 50s hard and got my heart rate up to 186, but to be honest this entire thing was way too short to mean a whole lot. Coach really wanted it to be sprinting so that's what I did.
