Comments:
A little over 2 mile warm-up. 15 x 400. My first 10 all ranged from 70-72. Then 11,12,13, and 14 were 69 and my last was 68. I was happy with the end on how I was able to quicken the pace. On the 5th or so though, I had a blister on my foot pop so that was not very pleasant. After getting it wrapped. I cooled-down 5, lifted, stretched, rolled, and did abs.
