Ran my normal Thrsday run up around Warrensville after lab let out a little early this morning. Felt suprisingly good for how my calves are feeling and the intensity of yesterday's workout. Just tried to rein myself in most of the way. Pretty much thought exclusivley about the open mile and DMR at confence. The pressures on but I'm excited. A lot of people are gonna do great things there and I hope I can be one of them. I know I can do it I just gotta push out 2 great miles like I did last year. I've done it before right I can do it again?
Since lab ended early I had time for strides which I did OUTSIDE on Van Horn in the mud. I got sufficiently covered in mud. It was awesome.
