Comments:
10:30a; was gonna go 12 straight miles but then remembered Mark had his 10*400 workout today and nobody deserves to bust their ass alone so I headed down to Veale. I planned on running the last 200 of his last 5ish repeats. He ended up doing 6 repeats, so I ran the the 2nd 200 of his 4th and 5th and 350 of his 6th. Then cooldown with him Veale, NP, Cov, Fairmount, PKT.
