4X15 sit ups inclined, 5 X 15 torso bends, 5X15 prone and sitting hamstrings, 5X15 back machine, 5X15 lat pull down, leg lifts and wall slides. Beautiful gym. Hamstring is healed. 230 lb walking with Body Armor. used strap. #185
