Felt great on the warmup, timed a 800. Not all at but def took some out of me. Really didnt start moving til the last 250. Then did 20x100m strides workin g down from mile pace to 400 pace. BUt by the end my back gave out, not sure what happened. Could literally barely walk. No more running til possibly monday. Fucking great.
