Resting HR: 52. Sleep: 7.5 hr.
By myself since Tim can run again, flipped through the TV channels and decided to turn it off and face the bike outside like yesterday, listened to The Offspring, 15 min warmup, simulated fartlek workout: 2:00 w/90 sec jog, 2:00 w/75 sec, 2:00 w/60 sec, 1:00 w/45 sec, 1:00 w/30 sec, 2:00 w/90 sec, 2:00 w/75 sec, 4 * 0:30 w/30 sec, good workout, my HR got to above 160 on the "on" segments with a max HR of 166, workout was a bit short, so I added two I-pod fartlek intervals to the end, 13:40 cooldown, stretch, abs.
