Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice day out. Went out alone. Was going to go long, but toe on left foot was hurting in the morning. Went a little shorter just to shake out and not get too sore. My calves were really tight, but the rest of my legs felt pretty good. I was surprised. Went out to lee and back. NP was clear which was awesome. Its gonna snow again and then disappear :(. Toe was hurting at the beginning, and then felt a little better by the end.
I dont know why the joint keeps getting jammed and getting swollen and irritated. Its annoying. my right foot was sore after the track workout a few weeks ago, and my left felt fine. Now its the other way around. Im just flip flopping. Ill get in my good swim tomorrow, then I moght bike the workout to be safe.
Got back from the run and stretched, hips, abs and L7 in the hallway. Felt good. They talked a lot about L7 in the article. I think I started it at the right time.
