729 calories burned at 25%.  Very humid today but no problems keeping up.  The last bridge is still tough.  I would have stayed with the group except that I had to stop to re-tie my laces.  Falling down flat on your face while going down a hill sounds like a really bad idea.  Tried that Herbalife drink mix.  Not too bad, but didn't really notice anything spectacular.
