Comments:
ran lots of races and warms up and cools down. a good day. 4:31, 2:02.95 less than 30 min. later, and then a split of some kind on the 4x400. 800 should have actually been faster, i had more left than I though. almost ran sean down the last 75 or so. he ran a great race.
