Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
The new pool was closed so we had to go old school and use the old pool. It was very crowded. I had to share the lane with 2 other people and we did loops. Havnt done that in a while. I jumped right in and did straight swimming. Alternated between 1 and 2 breaths. It felt pretty good none of my muscles were sore, because there wasnt any impact.
Went upstairs to do hips, back, hammies. Uneventful for the most part. They felt decent though. Then I did stretching and planks. More icing and L7 tonight. Toe is feeling better doesnt hurt to walk. Still soreness in my ankle and calve region though.
