My legs feel really bad. I suspect it is a combination of the race yesterday and wearing my vibram minimal shoes too much. In any case, my knee/hamstring/quad on my left leg felt like they were about to give out in the last three or four miles on this run right before we saw coach drive by. Will try and warm my leg before the workout tomorrow. May need to take some recovery time this week.
