Veale up North Park to Shelburne to North Park to Eaton to South Park back (with Mitchell)-
I was originally planning to cross-train today but I got lucky and the training room was open because the girls basketball team was getting ready for their game. So, I got my foot taped and ran with Mitchell. We went rather slow, perhaps too slow. At least nothing hurt and I got in the miles. We talked about geography on the way out and philosophy on the way back, mainly in the form of denouncing pluralism.
This means I will have 43 miles this week, with 36 in the last four days. My knee wasn't even really sore today so I think I can continue at 9 miles a day and shoot for 60-65 next week. I also need to try some faster at least for short periods to get my body used to that.
