Went down and checked in with Jess, she said the doctor diagnosed me with a bone contoussion/bruise and to give it another week before I visit the doctor again, by myself, 10 min warmup, 8 * 2 min hard w/1 min recovery, 2 min easy, 6 * 1 min w/1 min recovery, 10 min cooldown, listened to Oomph, sweat a ton today, my shirt was completely soaked by the end, need to remember to bring my running wallet to hold my I-pod on the spinner, changed into trunks and hit the pool.
