4p; WU, drills, strides
8*(2:00hard, 1:00jog). Coach said around tempo pace (5:20/mile), but I think I ran a bit harder.
4*400 w/ 400jog recovery. Coach said first 200 @ 5k pace, second 200 fast. splits - 65.0 (?/?), 64.5 (35.1/29.4), 66.5 (36.6/29.9), 59.8 (30.3/29.5).
CD, stretch

ran the 8*2:00 alone, but there was good music on the track speakers so it wasn't too bad. the 400s felt smooth until the final 50 meters of the last 400. I felt unstoppable.

I'm pretty sure I can hit a low 4:2x mile. We'll see at Mount Union. Or maybe I can talk to Coach about running the slow heat of the mile at UAA the day after the 5k.
