Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2.5 miles on the treadmill beforehand, 1.5 mile warm up, 4x500 with a decent jog in between (total 2.5 miles or so for the whole thing, i'd guess), 1.5 mile cool down. that's my reasoning and i'm sticking to it. 500s were in 80, 77, 78.0, 59.3 for a 400 instead of a 500 at the end. really really felt it after this. not used to this sort of workout, but doing this in trainers gave me some real confidence.
