Cemetary Fartlek

Comments:
Fartlek in the cemetary which went well, then a longer 6 mile or so cool-down to make up for the shorter mileage during the workout. Abs, hips, rolling. Good run...but then after getting back, that's when I started to feel sick. Darn.
