Coach agreed (or was okay with) me taking a break from running. I still hit the bike but not for too long or too hard. 5x 1min pickups with 2min rests. HR 150-155 during the easy sections. Gray bike. Level 10 for recovery, 14 for the hard. Rpms 95-100.
I know that I definitely need the time off/off from running right now. But I want to get back on the track.
