Comments:
tough workout in the rac, WU was jogging over there. and 8 mintues on the bike, did 2.15 miles.
stretches and strides, started off too quick
first 800 was about 3:15 ish, out in like 90. watch clicked a lap early so i than had to run a lap extra. so the 1.5 went:

4:31, so thats 7:00 flat pace

Did the 2 miles, than needed water, 1 mile than water, 2 miles than done...
feet really hurt with only one pair of socks and those flats...
oh well it was an ok workout
