Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Did a pool workout this morning. I was feeling pretty good until I walked downstairs, when my IT tightened up like a rubberband. It was painful and tight right on the upper outside of my knee on the right side. It also was tight along the side. Every time i pushed I could feel something that wasnt right. I proceeded with the workout though.
Did 5 min kick, wkt 1, 20 min aqua jog, wkt 2, then around 10 min of underwater swim and then a cool down. It actually hurt to push of the wall. I was scared and sad, so I wasnt all that motivated to do the underwater portion (I cut it short).
I went back up to do hips back and hammies. Those were good I really tried to stretch it out good and get some strength back. Static 3 and then I did some L7. Iced in the training room. Still feeling tight afterword...
