10 miles with the lowell guys, which was a bit much for me since its been a while since ive done that much but it wasnt too bad. legs felt soooo loose after, it was great. good time visiting too. they said it was 10 and i dont really know where we went so im gonna have to trust em. pace for 10 was too fast and pace for 9.5 is even fast but ill stick with it. they certainly pulled me faster, thats for sure
