Coach came up with this workout quickly this morning and gave me a break from the pool, listened to Reel Big Fish, 10 min warmup, 2:30 hard w/2 min recovery, 2 min easy, 4 * 1:30 w/1 min, 2 min easy, 6 * 1:00 w/1 min, 14 min cooldown, got a bit distracted when Grogan and Tim stopped and chatted for a bit, stretch, Bear, 10 min foot ice bath.
