Hit the spinner for the workout CoachL gave Dave. It was harder than I thought it would be to keep my mind on the workout. Also, got rid of my waterbottle halfway through because I had a cramp. The cramp went away, but towards the end of the workout I had the typical Veale dry throat type deal going on. Oh well.
Workout:
3x 2:30 hard, 2:00 rest
4x 1:30 hard, 1:00 rest (2:00 instead of 1 after last rep of this set)
6x 1:00 hard, 1:00 rest
Bobby, Ben, and Ethan were also on spinners. CoachL said there population on the yellow spinners was too high. Glad my running probation is semi-voluntary and not injury mandated. Going to try to keep it that way when I start running again.
Hope the guys and girls going to conference do well.
