Comments:
I'm going to try to go back and fill in the last 1.5 months as well as I can remember. I know I'll be kicking myself for not keeping up with this a year from now. I finally found the motivation again after running outside today for the first time since New Years Day.
Felt pretty good even though my right glute had been sore all day. Had PT right after, felt pretty good then followed with stretching in the training room.
Mapped out my running up to June with CoachL today, I think that helped with the motivation to start this again.
Over to Little Italy and over to Northside and back MLK to East around the library and back through the quad.
