Snow day really crept up on everyone. I guess it was nice because I stayed up late lastnight. Chilled during the day, feeling sore and sad that I couldnt go run. I honestly wouldnt have anyways the roads were bad. Biked in Carlton (veale was closed. I wanted to swim). It was ok the seat was uncomfortable. My IT was tight in the beginning, but got a little looser by the end. Borrowed Alyssa's headphones so I could listen to music.
Came back to the suite, chatted and chilled while doing hips back hammies. They felt strong, but my IT is still funky. Then I stretched really well and did some planks while watching a blitz showdown.
I dont think I am going to run next week. I want to be able to run at home (the surface will treat me better) and then I can do workouts for a few weeks before dropping the hammer.
Plank 4 x 1:30 alternating 10 pushups.
