Comments:
Warm up down to Curley. Drills and a few strides. 4 mile tempo on the track. 5 min break with 600 jog then 4X200 with 200 jog. 200s were 33 35 34 32. First 3 pretty controlled then little faster on the last one. Tempo felt real good. Whole thing felt real smooth and only got kind of tough on the last mile. Splits were 5:41 11:31 17:22 23:06. Good workout. Starting to feel like I'm getting in good shape.
