workout with cartwright, cardamone, and the boys

in the ymca, just like last saturday when the meet was cancelled. really bumbed that i didnt get to race today, but also the workout felt amazing. we did 4x200, then 2x800, then 4x200 again, all at jbr, so ill put a 10 min recovery as all the jbrs combined. i just had a growth spurt and i think i have gotten faster with it.
