workout with david. the weather was crazy, 30-40 mile gusts so I was in the rac, at the same time as the team. Was suppose to be 40 minute tempo, broke it down into intervals cause coach asked me too.

1k warmup, felt good. alot of dodging them
did dynamic stretches

goal was 10x800 at like 3:30

ended up doing 8x800 with short rest faster... Womp...
