Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run with randal, did the RIM run in arbutus.
Calves on FIRE after the flats yesterday

did 66 minutes, went out felt comfortable around 7;30 pace at the beginning, pressed up the hill, we got on the flat part (wilkens) and relaxed. still held a good pace. turned around at 30 minutes. Opened up on the down hill and was going around 7:05/10 pace. Randal was feeling pretty bad after his workout yesterday.

Slowed down a bit for him there but when he didnt go with me as we got to 695 I just went, and he went with me. Whatever..

Pressed up poplar, but was wiped by the time I got to school, went up the inner loop and through Ac Row. did 2 loops of ericson field.

wish I had had more grass to run on.

These are randal's splits, I dropped him with 2 miles to go so i'm not sure what i ran exactly
