sunday swim

As I got to Veale there was a huge crowd outside. I didnt really know what was going on, but I guess most of them wanted to swim. The pool was packed. Good thing I got there on time. Did 5 min kick, 30 min swim, then 10 min cool down. Kinda alone, but I saw Blaire and David briefly. Felt sore in the beginning, but by the end I felt pretty good. As I was resting, I rotated my hip and felt a huge crack, which made it feel looser. Kinda nice.

Went back up to do hips, stretch, roll and L7 alone. Wasnt really into it. Didnt do hammies because I didnt think the equipment room was open.

I am feeling less tight, considerably better than last week. I might start running later in the week, but I definitely want to run over break. Ill make it back.
