Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 6 hr. Got back from Chicago at about 1AM soaking wet.
By myself, had to wait until the 10:30 cardio class cleared out of the cardio room because neither coach was in to open the storage closet, tried a "test run" and two steps in, I knew that I wasn't ready, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 44:30 I-pod fartlek (lvl 15/10), 10:30 cooldown, first few hard intervals were long, heard at least 3 Weird Al Songs, didn't really pay too much attention to the TV: caught the tail end of the View and the midday news, decent workout, max HR of 166 and got my HR above 160 during most of the hard intervals, Aaron showed up during the cooldown, talked to him about conference, stretch, Bear, butt exercises, minute planks.
